Elan Impression 40.1
DESCRIPTION
The modernized I40.1 deck is a fantastic sight to behold. The new vertical transom makes it possible to make more cockpit space, a sleek look, and a large bathing platform that also defines either the enclosed transom or the sportier open transom feel. The addition of two rear storage boxes can be improved with a grill, a refrigerator, or a sink. Also ruling above are the classic Elan Impression transom chairs, which are still taken first by an enthusiast team!
The steering pedestals are ideal for 9′′ electronics, and the functional steering wheels are made of light composites. Walking past a big, fold-down table with drink holders is a breeze, like going around the cockpit and handling the winches. Additionally, the table was designed to be accommodating when moored and functional when sailing, thanks to an integrated handrail and cup holder.
NOW INTERIOR
Not many will meet as high a level as a business with more than 70 years of experience in woodworking and carpentry. Elan’s craftsmen have always been ahead of the competition – and their work with the latest Impression, 40.1, pushes the boundaries even further. The interior furniture is made of Iroko wood veneer enhanced with a sturdy Iroko wood finish. Iroko (or African teak) is beautiful and robust, combined with elegant architecture and positioning, making the interior stand out. The spacious and light saloon will please all visitors, and the 130-liter front-opening refrigerator will make cruising life simpler. The I40.1 can be configured to suit any requirement, available in four different cabin layout configurations.
